RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
Since our items (excluding our ="MERCH"= collection) are all custom pieces, all purchases are FINAL SALE. Please email us at info@master-naif.com for any issues with your item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES

ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
To be eligible for a return, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@master-naif.com to alert us of the issue. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted. We may also make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued within 5 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to an address entered for an order. If we are alerted of an issue within 7 days, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
